Presented for sale is a 2018 Boston Red Sox World Series Championship Ring, this ring was issued to a member of the Red Sox Organization Staff and is identical in design and construction to those presented to the players, however it is not made of gold.
The ring is the top-of-the-line "Type A", non-gold ring, with twenty-one custom-cut rubies forming the team logo on the face surrounded by twenty-two custom-cut blue sapphires. Fourteen channel-set diamonds link the words "World" and "Champions" on the ring face. Finally, 128 small diamonds encircling the bezel represent the sum of 119 victories in 2018 including the playoffs and World Series wins. This massive, Diamond, Sapphire & Ruby Championship Ring weighing 64.6 Grams, is approximately a size 12.5, and is in near mint condition with a few light scratches or dings. Manufactured by Jostens Stamped inside the band "Jostens SEW", "Damage Done 10-28-18" and "Team For The Ages" on the bottom. The original wood presentation box is included.
